You went to sleep like normal. Everything was fine. Until it wasn't, because the sound of a cat woke you up. In the dead of the night, two golden eyes gleamed out of the darkness. And then the cat darted into your closet, and you followed. Perhaps because you like cats, perhaps because you're allergic and want it out, perhaps because you don't own a cat and don't even know how it got inside. Either way, the moment you step into the closet, everything changes. Because instead of it being your closet, it's a wooden pathway. And the only way to go is forward, where an odd boy in a cat hood stands with others just like you. Past the cat is a door, and through the door is a plaza where a rabbit with a torn ear stands. It is he who finally gives you any real shred of information: you and the others are now in their World, and he's lost the keys. So you'll have to go get them, diving into the hearts of everyone here because of that pesky cat. It's the only way forward, because you won't be able to leave without first helping the rabbit. And you don't want to stay here forever, do you? Sea of Hearts is a small panfandom game based in the World of Alice Mare played in rounds with a set number of people. It features elements of psychological and physical horror, adventure and psychological exploration. Each two weeks of the round features a journey into another character's heart to see and learn their innermost secrets and their deepest traumas and fears with the threat of permanent death lingering over the characters' heads. For better or for worse, they'll need to explore. | ||||
