Who: The Cheshire Cat and whoever comes across him
What: Cheshire Cat has appeared, as he is wont to do. He's even fishing!
Where: Jabberwock Island, beach
Warnings: Cheshire is being Cheshire, and thus cryptic and mindfucky

[ Some time after they open the music venue, beach house and the ranch, Cheshire can be found on the beach. Sort of. He's waded into the water, and is fishing with his paws. Sitting patiently, he seems to be deep in concentration. ]

[Lalli glances over at the catch, but still looks unimpressed with it.] Mhm.

[Hell, most of his diet consists of fish. That's what happens when you live on small-ish islands. It's been almost impossible to find fresh fish since they set off on the expedition, though. ~~And even the canned fish was cruelly taken from them by a jerkass redhead.~~. So now that the opportunity has arisen, of course he's going to fish for ALL THE THINGS.]

Course, you do.

[Yanno. Because cat.]

[ Speaking of which, that fish is going to be slurped up whole. Granted, with how wide his grin can get, it's not surprising, but as everything settles back into place, there's the sound of something squishing. ]

Hey. I've got a question.

[Lalli narrows his eyes. It's unclear if this is because of the Cat's statement, or because of what he just did with the fish.]

What.

You sure everyone here's on the up and up? Well, besides me and that lazy Rabbit, of course.

[ Besides that, there's other things. ]

...Dunno what you mean.

[Literally, he doesn't know the phrase "on the up and up". You may have to explain it.]

How do you know everyone's who they say they are?

I don't.

[What kind of a silly question is that? He'll cooperate with the other 'Alices' grudgingly to make progress, but he doesn't trust them in the slightest and wants nothing else to do with them]

And I don't really care.

[ This one will be interesting. Very interesting. ]

Did you know about the connection between Jabberwock, Alice, the Cheshire Cat and the White Rabbit? Might wanna ask around. By the way...

[ But then he'll yawn and then head back to shore and lounge. He did just eat. ]

There's still places to look and things to see before the Jabberwock sets you free~

[Connection? No... no he doesn't. But that seems like something he'll have to investigate. He just hopes that it doesn't involve talking to any other people.]

[Lalli doesn't follow him, because he's still got his line out, but he does ask a question before the Cat goes too far away.]

[ He'll snicker. Really, this is fun. ]

[Well Lalli rests his weary little head everywhere on the island, but he knows what the Cat means. He just fixes his weird stare on the creature for a little while longer, before his fishing line distracts him. FISH GET!]

[Yes, he knows where he's going after he cooks this thing.]
