Your life is a blank book
Who: The Alices
What: Time to explore C-ta's heart
Where: World number four, Blank Book
Warnings: None yet
When the Alices wake up this time, they're in a nice little house. Spread out over the couches, the chairs and the floor, so some are more comfortable than others. But when they awaken, they'll notice that there's this feeling of being watched. And with only some poking around, they'll find security cameras littered throughout the house so that there's absolutely no privacy save for the bathroom. The fridge is fully stocked, and upstairs there are three bedrooms and a single locked door. Upon that door is the sole puzzle they will find in this world, with a message.
To find the key to leave, you must find the key to this door. You have one week.
What the Alices do with their time, but something or someone is monitoring them more than usual. And now they're on a time limit, although they may notice that the night never comes or the day never changes. It'll be hard to tell how long they really have, or if time is even moving, which probably isn't helping whatever unease they're feeling. But hey. At least the house they're locked in is nice.

Why...
[ It seemed a stupid question, really, yet it was all that she could manage initially. "Why had it turned out this way?" She'd never intended for anything like this to happen. If she'd known things would end up like this, she never would have... ]
...
[ As it sinks in, a number of feelings spread. Horror. Regret. Fear. Sorrow... But there was one other thing. Only one thing that made her put all those feelings aside for a moment. The others... no. All of them were in trouble now. After all this place was the world of his heart and he was--
...no. There'd be time for that later. First... first... she has to move. Although she's moving like something of a zombie right now. ]

He could not bear someone see the secrets inside his Heart, once he recalled them. You saw how ugly those secrets were. To someone that delusional, killing to keep himself "clean" is always easier... isn't it?
[ ... They have the Key, then, the others got it; there's no reason to stay. He will slowly open a door to the Hub from here now that they have it. ]
Let us take our leave.

[ Although she couldn't say she agreed with that kind of thinking, she at least understood what he'd wanted to protect. That wasn't what she had been referring to; though she stops herself and shakes her head.
Later. ]
You're right. Let's go.

[His lip curls in distaste at the scene, more for its grisly nature than for any sympathy. C-ta was a brat, after all, and having him out of the way won't do much harm... But he does wish there was some less bloody way. It's a mess, it's gruesome, and it's completely useless in the long run.]
[(But as long as his hands aren't dirty...)]
[He picks up the rabbit that Ankh dropped, pinching its paw delicately between two fingers and holding it at arm's length. It's bleeding, but it doesn't make much sense why. After a few seconds, he drops it with a plop next to C-ta, its blood mingling with his.]
It's unstable. We have the key [and he's kicking himself for letting Otoha get to it before he did]; quickly, now.

Rabbit says the kid killed himself. Maybe that'd be plausible, if he was the one who set up all the hidden cameras or something. He might've had really bad secrets. But.
How did the box cutter get jammed firmly in the back of his neck?]

They can deal with the aftermath later, but... ]
I think your expression... shows some misunderstanding of what happened in that place. ... Regardless... I hope you now understand why I dislike getting my hands dirty.
[ He slowly leaves, grumbling something about cannot believing he had to GET UP and WALK, placing C-ta's body into the cookie-cutter, same twin-sized bed that inhabits all the interior rooms behind the many Doors leading to the Hearts. The room is darkened now and the walls are filled with a crumbling cracking texture. Something... odd and oily is seeping out of them, and C-ta's body seems to be faintly off-color, if observed. It will only grow more pastel and off-color as time goes on. ]
