Sebastian wakes up in the hot sun on the sand, and for a moment he wonders if he's back in Ankh's heart. But there were no docks there, and this beach is very familiar. There's a staff next to him, and he picks it up without thinking. As he wanders closer to the docks, it's strange how quickly it becomes overcast and then starts to rain... it's much nicer than the beating sun, though.

Standing at the edge of the docks, he wonders where the others are. He wonders if he's back home for real, even though he knows it's unlikely. However, it's the first chance he's had to be alone for a while... hard to tell how long. As he stands there, he begins to realize something is different. Holding out a hand - focusing for a second - jelly begins to drip down into the water.

Well, that's new.

THIRD DOOR

[ The large door here is guarded by something... relatively small. It's about the size of a shoe--a dust sprite. It's pacing back and forth before it locks eyes on whomever approaches, and then makes a little dusty noise at them. It seems rather pleased to have humanoid company, in fact. ]

Psshh pssh! You... you can help me! Pssh. I want to soar... you want past? Make me soar! But not with magic! I want reeeeal wings! Wings as cool as me, psshsssh! Please help, pssh? The others keepssh making fun of me... they say my job's boring... and useless... I think you'd find them around here, pssh...?

[He's never heard of wings in the mines, but then, he's never been this deep into the mines before.]

Around here... In a treasure chest, maybe?

[ The dust sprite thinks. ]

Pssh... dunno! Probably on somethin' cool and flying.

[It's remarkable how Qilby can appear from seemingly nowhere, creeping up behind someone like a ghost. Sebastian may or may not be surprised to hear his creepy wizard voice ring out:]

[It feels a little too close to 'yanking the wings off flies for fun' for his taste, but you do what you have to do.]
